Salon Appointment Cancellation Policy
At COCO Salon, we are committed to providing the best experience for all of our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to everyone, please review our cancellation policy:
24-Hour Notice Required: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the full service fee will be charged.
No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged. This also applies if you arrive late and we are unable to perform the full service.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies or illness may occur. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
